To extend battery life and ensure safe use, please follow these storage recommendations:

1. Proper Temperature Storage

In extremely cold or hot environments, avoid storing batteries in unprotected places like outdoor sheds. Use insulation, heating pads, or cooling devices if necessary to prevent expansion, contraction, and capacity loss caused by temperature fluctuations.

2. Long-Term Storage Precautions

If batteries need to be stored for more than 6 months:

- Charge to 50%–70% of capacity

- Remove the battery from the device

- Store in a cool, dry place

- Recharge every 3 months to prevent irreversible capacity loss due to self-discharge

3. Appropriate Humidity

The optimal storage humidity is 65±20%RH. Excessively low humidity may cause terminal corrosion, leading to short circuits or fire. Use desiccants or sealed packaging to regulate humidity.

4. Optimal Charge Level for Storage

A fully charged battery operates at higher voltage, accelerating aging. Too low a charge may cause deep discharge and damage. Aim to keep the charge level between 40% and 50% for extended battery life.

5. Additional Precautions

- Environment: Dry and well-ventilated, with relative humidity below 80%

- Temperature control: Optimal storage temperature is 0℃ to 25℃

- Safety: Keep away from fire, flammable materials, direct sunlight, and extreme cold

- Physical protection: Avoid strong shocks or vibrations to prevent leakage or explosion

- Regular checks: Periodically check charge level and recharge if necessary

- Security and moisture protection: Especially in warehouses or during sea freight, choose safe storage locations and take anti-theft and moisture-proof measures
