Proper Connection: Follow the instructions carefully when connecting lines. Always start from B- and connect from low to high positions to avoid irreversible damage.

 

Avoid Contamination: Ensure no copper or tin bits cling to the guard shield during connection.

 

Correct Placement: Connect the protection board to the battery group as per specifications, and avoid placing any leading lines on the back of the board.

 

Guard Shield Installation: Use hard epoxy sheer on the back of the board to prevent short circuits.

 

Welding Output Lines: Choose power supply lines with the appropriate diameter to prevent excessive temperature rise and voltage drop during high current discharge.

 

Battery Box Installation: Ensure proper insulation, heat relief, and tightness when fixing the guard shield in the battery box to avoid internal short circuits.
