The Export License Management For Lithium Batteries And Related Items Has Officially Come Into Effect.

   This announcement was released on October 9, 2025 and will come into effect on November 8. Exporters are required to apply for export licenses in accordance with the provisions of the "Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China" and other regulations, truthfully fill in the customs declaration information, and be responsible for the authenticity of the declared content. The two departments stated that this control measure is based on maintaining national security and interests, fulfilling international obligations such as anti-proliferation, and is in line with international practices. It is not targeted at any country or region and will legally ensure the normal processing of legal and compliant export applications, helping to stabilize and smooth the global production and supply chain.
