A. They typically last between 8 to 15 years, depending on usage. In terms of cycles, they can endure 2,000 to 7,000 charge-discharge cycles before their capacity drops significantly, outperforming lead-acid batteries which only manage 300–500 cycles.

Q2.What is the "Usable Capacity"

A. LiFePO4 batteries can be discharged up to 100% of their rated capacity without damage. In contrast, traditional lead-acid batteries are usually limited to a 50% depth of discharge (DoD).

Q3.How does temperature affect them?

A.

Cold: Performance drops significantly below 0°C (32°F). Charging in freezing temperatures can cause permanent damage unless the battery has a built-in heater or the charge current is drastically reduced.
