Testing Standards
 

Standard Charge:

At 25±2°C, charge at 0.2C constant current to 29.4V, then switch to 29.4V constant voltage until current drops to ≤0.02C.

Standard Discharge:

After full charge, rest for 1 hour, then discharge at 0.2C to 19.25V.

Shipment State:

25.2–26.25V (state of charge ≤40%).

  • Two advanced production plants (45,000 m²) and a 10,000 m² logistics warehouse.
  • Over 500 professionals, including 12% R&D personnel-core team members. 15 engineers have more than 5 years of battery PACK design experience, of which 4 have more than 10 years of experience. Their precise control of the structure makes the product more in line with actual application needs.​
  • Quality control runs through the entire production process, including incoming material IPQC, IPQC inspection, semi-finished product FQC full inspection, aging (full inspection), FQC full inspection before shelling, FQC full inspection before packaging, and OQC finished product sampling, to ensure product quality in all aspects.​
  • SMT production: Equipped with 4 Yamaha high-precision placement machines and Yamaha AOI inspection equipment, it can efficiently complete the entire process of BMS from design to placement, helping the project to quickly land from development and design to production control.

  • Pack production: It has 9 automatic Pack production lines, relying on advanced high-precision automation equipment, and has the production capacity of the entire PACK life cycle. Each material has independent research and development capabilities, which greatly improves efficiency and timeliness, significantly reduces production costs, and effectively controls battery quality.​

  • Injection molding workshop: independently complete the design and injection molding of battery shells, can quickly respond to and verify projects, and efficiently cooperate with the entire process from samples to trial production to mass production. At the same time, independent injection molding helps to better control materials and quality.
